Development and Reconstruction Empowerment through Advanced Project Management Education and Research
The project aims at the convergence of clean energy and digital innovation, introducing advanced project management courses for construction, engineering, and business students. It addresses the crucial gap in project management skills, vital for supporting Ukraine’s post-war rebuilding and fostering global and European economic stability. Through interdisciplinary learning, it prepares students for real-world challenges, integrating digital and green skills.
The project includes creating innovative project management programs for various fields, intensive training sessions for educators and students with a focus on practical skills, and the use of digital tools like Primavera for simulation and learning. It will host international workshops and conferences to promote collaboration, incorporate green practices for sustainability, and ensure continuous evaluation and dissemination of results for broad impact.
The project aims to deliver a comprehensive PM curriculum enhancing digital and clean energy sectors’ education, develop e-learning materials accessible across Europe, train faculty members, develop a “pedagogical guide” for diverse learning contexts. Expected outcomes include improved PM competencies among students, increased employability, strengthened EU-wide academic collaboration, and support for Ukraine’s rebuilding through tailored training.
